For those seeking additional resources, Ryan recommends the podcast "This Is Uncomfortable" for insightful explorations of challenging relationship topics. He also suggests the book "The Body Keeps the Score" by Bessel van der Kolk for a deeper understanding of trauma's effects. And to add a touch of inspiration, Ryan enjoys the YouTube channel "NEVER TOO SMALL," where he finds joy in evaluating innovative small space designs.

His dedication to growth, both personally and professionally, ensures that clients receive compassionate care and effective guidance on their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
