NILA DHINAKER, BA

As Operations Manager, Nila helps keep TCFR running smoothly, reducing administrative bottlenecks so our therapists can focus on care. She approaches every challenge with curiosity and has spent over five years helping small teams grow by blending creative, data-informed strategy with a genuine love for community.

Nila has helped open two new in-person TCFR locations by partnering with local businesses and nonprofits. On the day‑to‑day, she develops the procedures and tools our teams need to focus on people, not paperwork. She also manages the strategy and logistics for community and staff events to foster connection across Texas (both in-person and virtually).

When not mapping out TCFR’s next initiative, Nila can often be found paddleboarding around Austin, flying a kite on a windy day, or spending time with animals.

Next up, Nila is exploring new ways to bring online relationship support to rural Texas communities.
