Counselor Minimum Job Requirements: 

● A master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field 

● Minimum of 2 years experience working in a counseling capacity, must have a valid license in the state of Texas (or provisional license for LPC and LMFT Associates) 

● Experience working with at least one or more of these groups: individuals, couples, adolescents, families, groups 

● Maintain current Professional Liability Insurance of 1M/3M minimum 

● Direct Client/Clinical hours (20-25 average hours per week)

○ Weekly clinical group supervision 

○ Mandatory weekly Monday core team meeting

Ideal Candidate will bring: 

● Ability to work autonomously 

● Experience developing and leading groups 

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

● Collaborative relational and compassionate philosophy 

● Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1, 2, or 3 training 

● Advanced professional training in other relationship therapy models such as IFS, EFT, PACT, IMAGO, etc.
