TIER 1 - Trainee

We are delighted to welcome you as a Trainee into our program. We look forward to providing you with the clinical training, business coaching, and mentorship to help you set up your private practice business with our help.

Tier 1 Includes:

●Weekly clinical training and coaching., ●Business and ethics guidance, ●Access tdigital courses and resources on topics relevant to your practice, ●Professional development opportunities with CEUs, ●Networking and community building opportunities.

Tier 2 - Network Therapist

We are delighted to welcome you as a Network Therapist into our program. Tier 2 includes all the benefits included in Tier 1. At this level, we look forward to adding you to our website as a vetted member of our therapist netwiork so we can send you referrals, offer co-therapy and other joint practice opportunities, and provide clinical and ethical consultation and guidance in addition to all the Tier 1 benefits.

Tier 2 Includes (all of Tier 1) plus

The Client Acquisition System:

● Membership in TCFR’s vetted therapist network, ● Added to TCFR website with photo, bio, and links., ● Promotion through TCFR marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media., ● Receive vetted client referrals from TCFR, ● Admin support for incoming referrals and intakes

Tier 3 - Clinical Affiliate

We are delighted to welcome you as a Clinical Affiliate into our program. Tier 3 includes all the benefits included in Tier 1 and 2. At this level, we look forward to adding you into our Client Management System which provides additional benefits of backoffice admin support, scheduling and billing support, clinical documentation and report guidance, and many more benefits in addition to the Tier 1 and 2 benefits.

Tier 3 Includes (all of Tiers 1 & 2) plus

The Client Management System:

●Access to TCFR’s EHR and Billing Systems. ●Billing and Accounts receivable support ●Front office phone support for intakes, client questions, scheduling, and coordination during business hours. ●Back office support during business hours with platform-related issues, client intake paperwork, and client billing and payment.
