Meet the Facilitators

Lead Facilitator
Sarah Graham, BA

Graduate Counseling Intern

Sarah Graham is a Graduate Counseling Intern at the Center for Relationships, currently pursuing her M.Ed. in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling at Lamar University. As a future Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor, Sarah is dedicated to helping clients find effective, strengths-based solutions that honor their unique experiences. She believes that reducing shame and embracing emotional authenticity are key to meaningful personal growth.
Sarah’s approach to co-parenting work is informed not only by her clinical training but also by personal experience. She was raised by co-parents and now co-parents her own children, giving her a unique, multi-generational understanding of the challenges and possibilities within modern family dynamics. These lived experiences deepen her empathy and reinforce her commitment to helping families navigate separation and shared parenting with respect, resilience, and care.

Co-Facilitator
Rachel SR, MS
Graduate Marriage and Family Therapy Intern

Rachel SR is a Graduate Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at The Center for Relationships and is completing her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. As a future Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Rachel is committed to relational, systemic, and strengths-based work that honors the complexity of culture, identity, and family dynamics.
Rachel’s perspective on co-parenting is informed not only by her clinical training but also by lived experience. Her parents separated when she was 19 and have continued to co-parent into adulthood. Navigating that transition as a young adult gave her a deep appreciation for how separation reshapes family systems across the lifespan, not only for children, but for emerging adults as well. This experience strengthens her empathy for families restructuring after separation and reinforces her commitment to helping co-parents build respectful, developmentally mindful, and emotionally attuned partnerships in the midst of change.
