Most new therapists graduate with big ambitions and the same haunting question: how do I actually build the practice I want?
A solo private practice is doable, but it's slow, lonely, and rarely steers naturally toward a specialty. Group practices can offer clients and a paycheck, but it comes at a price: high productivity, low pay, no specialized training, and you are not building your own reputation, professional identity, or equity in your private practice.
The TCFR affiliate model is a third path.
We offer post-graduate clinicians, licensed and pre-licensed associates, the chance to build a relationship-specialty practice inside a community that has been doing exactly this since 2014. You get the infrastructure, the clinical training, the referral network, the brand recognition, and the collegial relationships that most therapists spend a decade assembling on their own.
