Dr. Richelle is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in sex and relationship therapy, offering compassionate and effective care to individuals, couples, and those in multi-partner (ethically non-monogamous) relationships. She focuses on helping partners enhance their communication, deepen their emotional connection, and cultivate a fulfilling sex life. Her practice also includes a focus on the polyamory/open relationship, kink/BDSM, and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Utilizing an integrative therapeutic approach, Dr. Richelle draws from established methodologies such as Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Feminist theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Relational/Interpersonal theory. Her expertise includes working with individuals and partners practicing ethical non-monogamy, those with ADHD, as well as addressing various sexual issues including erectile dysfunction, painful sex, desire discrepancy, and out-of-control sexual behavior.
Dr. Richelle has been in private practice since 2018 and currently provides telehealth services. She is licensed in Texas and Kansas, and registered as an out-of-state telehealth provider in Florida and Vermont. She is also a Certified Psychosexual Therapist and a founding member of the International Association of Psychosexual Therapists.
